Bristol Community Dance Centre A co-operatively run dance centre and cafe housed in a former swimming bath in Hotwells.
Bristol Hippodrome A large theatre which regularly hosts West End musicals (eg Cats, Les Miserables), comedy shows, opera and ballet. Their "home page" is actually just a portal into the Apollo-SFX corporate site, but show details are available.
Bristol Old Vic logo This company is based in the Theatre Royal, the oldest working theatre in Britain which dates back to 1766. Rather graphics heavy site which takes some time to download
BOVTS logo is where the actors, stage managers, technicians, theatre designers ∓mp; directors of tomorrow are trained.
They perform regularly at the Bristol Old Vic and the Redgrave Theatre.

Spike Island Logo Spike Island is a co-operative artist's studio facility housed in a former tea factory near the former Albion Dockyard. Although open for three years or so the web site is still under construction!

Medium sized concert venue which hosts a varied program including chamber music, contemporary music, jazz ∓mp; world music.  BBC Radio Three regularly broadcast concerts from here.  Website very graphics heavy, takes ages to download!
Watershed Logo The country's first media centre, which has photographic exhibitions, films, digital art, comedy nights and a harbourside cafe bar.  The best arts web site in Bristol, without a doubt.
Southwest Scripters logo Southwest Scriptwriters' main aim is to help members achieve professional productions of their work. Several members have enjoyed success with a London theatre production, BBC Radio 4 drama broadcasts, Channel 4 screenplay, HTV production. Members' scripts have also been performed locally in theatres, amateur productions and rehearsed readings.
